  2. After that, saute cubed chicken in 1tsp of oil,in it sprinkle salt and pepper and also add 1 tsp of soya in it.Saute it well and keep it aside.Now mix all the ingredients above in potato.
  3. Now, grease the mould with oil and place this mixture on mould and press them properly and then press a hole in 3 side for egg to pour it after it get baked for 35 min in medium flame in gas.
  4. Baked it for 35 min in gas in medium flame or in oven 180°C for 20 mins
  5. After 35 mind pour egg,in all the holed and again bake it for 10 mins. "Egg - Cellent" Baked Egg crust is ready to serve
