- Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
- Add boiled jackfruit pieces, chana dal,ginger garlic,green chilli and whole garam masala and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
- Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well
- Once cooled,blend in the blender and make a paste.
- Add bread crumbs and mix well
- Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the kabab in a medium flame
