3. Marinate it for atleast half an hour
4. In a pan heat up 1 tsp butter, add marinated prawns cook on high flame for 2 minutes
5. Lower the flame, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Now open the lid, cook till most of the liquid evaporates but not dry.
7. Add crushed garlic, pepper and remaining butter. Stir well.
8. Add lemon juice, cook for another minute
9. Garnish with coriander leaves and a pinch of chilli flakes. Serve hot or warm.
