- In a sufuria/cooking pan, add cooking oil, the onions, garlic, tomatoes, ginger and salt and stir till well cooked (i prefer adding all the ingredients together to avoid overcooking the onions). This should form a thick puree now add the mince meat. Keep stirring until well mixed. Add the spices and tomato paste and stir.
- Now take the mala/curd milk and add to the mince meat and stir. Let it seamer at low heat for 7-10mins.
- Put out the heat. Squeeze the lemon and stir. Serve while hot with rice or pasta. Enjoy
