  1. Put water on heat allow to boil then break the spag in bits,pour into the boiling water,leave it for 10min.
  2. Wash and strain the water from the spag, keep aside.place dry heat on fire,pour vegetable oil, after 2min pour onions, pepper, tomatoes,ginger then stir for 3min
  3. Pour little water, add maggi, crayfish, salt.Wash fish with salt and debone pour into stock then add spaghetti.Wash spring onion and chop add to the spaghetti.
  4. Allow water to dry for 7min then add carrot after 2min.
  5. Stir everything together and serve.
