  1. Put the sake lees in a heatproof container. Sprinkle with milk and microwave for 30 seconds at 600 W. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
  2. When the sake lees have cooled down add the wasabi, soy sauce and salt, and mix well. Drizzle in the olive oil little by little while mixing continuously.
  3. Peel the avocado and take out the pit. Mash it up with a fork and mix in the lemon juice. Finely chop the nagaimo yam.
  4. Mix the sake lees, avocado and nagaimo yam together and it's done.
