  1. Assemble ingredients
  2. For cake flour, I took off 2 tblsp of all purpose flour and replaced with 2 tblsp of corn flour. To the cake flour, add baking soda, cocoa and salt
  3. Whisk until all is mixed then set aside
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sugar with margarine and mix with a hand mixer
  5. Add vegetable oil to it and mix again
  6. Then add two egg yolks and mix
  7. The mixture will look like this
  8. Pour it in a bowl and add the food colour, vinegar and vanilla essence
  9. Fold in using a spatula till it's all mixed then add the maziwa lala/buttermilk and gently fold in
  10. Add flour gradually in three steps, and fold in till all flour is finished and we'll mixed. Do not over mix
  11. Pre-heat the oven.Take the egg whites
  12. Whisk with a hand mixer on high speed till it forms a while foam
  13. Add the egg whites to your mixture and fold gently
  14. Add your fruits and fold.
  15. Grease your bundt pan
  16. Pour in your mixture
  17. Bake for 40-45 mins
  18. When ready, turn upside down on a cooling rack
  19. Serve with desired beverage
