The ingredients needed to make Aloo gosht:
  1. Get 2 Potatoes
  2. Get 1 kg Mutton
  3. Take 1 onion
  4. Prepare 1 tomato
  5. Take 1 tbp red chilli powder

  7. Prepare Salt to taste
  8. Prepare 2 Green chillies
  9. Get Corriander for garnish
Steps to make Aloo gosht:
  1. In a pot add oil and fry onion until light golden brown.
  2. Add gg paste,tomatoes and all the spices and cook until tomatoes are tender.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and cook for about 30-40 mins.
  4. Now add mutton amd cook until its 3/4th done.
  5. Add potatoes and cook until they are done.
  6. Now add water and adjust shorba as much as you like.in between add green chillies.
  7. Cover and cook for about 15-20 mins.
  8. Now add corriander and keep the lid close for 10-15 mins.
  9. Serve with chappati or naan.
