Jain pav bhaji bnane ke lye pehle saari sabjioo (kacha kela, pumpkin, tomato,capsicum, green chillies) Ko wash kar ke chote chote pieces Mein chopped krege fr ek kukr Mein thoda SA Paani daal kar or thoda salt add kar ke kachhe kele or pumpkin Ko boil krege…jisse vo narm ho jaaye Jab apki pumpkin or kachha kela boiled ho jayega to use Nikal kar chaan le jisse jo uska Paani hai vo alg ho jayega….

Ab hum kdhaai lege usme butter daalege or Jese he butter melt hone lage uske under jeera or hing krege or jeere ke bhunne par usme dhaniya powder or red chilli powder, haldi daal kar bhunege or usme chopped tomatoes add krege or usme salt add krege or use 5min tak pkaayege ab isme capsicum add krege or ache se mix krege and fr boiled kachha kela or pumpkin bhi mix krege or sari sbzioo Ko ache se mix krege…..

Ab iske under hum degi mirch,pav bhaji masala,garam masala daal kar ache se Paine dege or pav bhaji masher ki help se sabhi sbzioo Ko ache se mash krege or usme boiled matar daalege or thoda Paani add krege (agr apke pass Jab kachha kela or pumpkin boiled Kiya tha uska Pani ho to ap vo bhi add kar saktein hai) 5min tak use ache se pkaayege…..tyaar hai apki bhaaji….
  4. Ap ise grama gram serve kijye pav ke sth serve krne ke lye ek bowl m bhaji liyjiye uske upar halka SA chaat masala daaloo or nimbu ka ras daaloo and butter ke sth serve karein………
