- Chop the carrot into thin match sticks, and chop any of the large shimeji mushrooms into halves. Wrap in plastic wrap separately and microwave. Drain excess water.
- Roughly mash the tofu, add the ● ingredients, add the vegetables, toss until, and serve.
- In the spring, try with nanohana. I tossed in corn kernels as well.
