The ingredients needed to make Minced Cake:
- Prepare 250 gm Beef mince(made it whatever u like with it seekh qeema, dum qeema, bbq qeema etc) set a side
- Make ready 1 Egg Large (beaten)
- Take 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- Take 1 tbsp Oil
- Make ready 1/2 cup Macroni(boil)
- Take 1/4 cup Pea (boil)
- Prepare For potato Icing
- Make ready 1/2 kg Boil potatoes
- Make ready 1 cup Milk (or as required but little warm)
- Take 50 gm butter
- Take To taste salt
- Get To taste black pepper
- Get Required food colour
Instructions to make Minced Cake:
- In ur cool cooked minced add pea, egg,bread crums,oil. and mix well.
- Take a cheesecake pan grease it well then put thick layer of mince mixture then Add cheese then add macroni in center then again add cheese & lastly add remaining mince. bake it for about 15min at 200c.
- Let it cool down then demould the mince cake.
- Make potatoes Icing first peel, cut into cubes then boil very well then mash it. Then mix mashed potatoes with black pepper, salt,milk, butter. Mix very well. It's should be thick smooth like consistency.
- Divide this mixture in 2 part - In one I added yellow colour & in another I added red - Then coat ur cake with this yellow Icing and decorate with red icing and serves.
