- In a bowl, add oil and sugar. Beat untill light and Fluffly.
- Separate 2 tbsp milk from 1 cup milk, warm it a little and then soak saffron strands in it.
- Now add all milk and mix well (add saffron soaked milk too).
- In another bowl, sieve all dry ingredients and then add crushed seeds of cardamom. Use can use cardamom powder too. Mix well.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients, do not over mix.
- Now take mini bundt cake mould (you can use cupcake mould too) and fill it 2/3 rd with batter.
- Bake these in preheated oven at 170 degrees celcius for 22 to 24 mins.
- After baking, let them cool down and unmould it quickly.
- For sugar glaze: Mix the icing sugar with gulab jamun syrup. There should not be any lumps.
- Now poke holes in bundt cake, soak with gulab jamun syrup, pour some sugar glaze and then sprinkle dried rose petals and pistachios.
- Top it with gulab jamun.
