Steps to make Cholula Chicken:
  1. Place chicken in resealable bag. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, and pour into the bag. Seal bag and massage the ingredients to coat chicken.
  2. Marinade for 4 to 12 hours to infuse the meat.
  3. Preheat oven for BBQ to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook on raised rack for 35 minutes.
  4. Brush chicken with glaze and move chicken down on to flame for 5 minutes turning frequently to avoid burning. If using oven, switch oven to a medium broil setting. Brush chicken with glaze, broil 2 minutes then turn chicken and glaze again. Broil for 2 more minutes.
  5. Note: I used Chicken drumsticks, but you can use your favorite part. This works well with chicken breast cut in to stips also, as this photo shows.
