- Blend tomato, pepper, onion,cloves until smooth and set aside.
- Cut and rinse fish. Add little salt to fish and mix. Add oil to pan and fry the fish. Remove and set aside.
- To the oil, add chopped onions, thyme and stir. Add tomato paste and stir fry for 3-5 mins.
- Add the blended pepper with spices and seasonings. Cover to boil for some minutes.
- Lastly, add the fried fish, taste and adjust. Cover to cook until done. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a pot, add water with salt and little oil. Cover and bring to boil.
- Add the spaghetti and cover to cook. After 2 mins, Stir so it can cook evenly.
- When its soft, sieve out excess water.
- Remove from heat and serve with the fish stew
