    1. Take wheat,and all purpose flour add ghee,salt carom seeds,ajwain, baking powder and knead the dough with mil and water.
    1. Dough should be smooth and and hard,rest it for 15 min
    1. Take a pan with oil,add,cumin, mustard, fennel seeds
    1. Add all veggies one by one and Cook cover.
    1. Add salt, turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam Masala,black pepper,grated ginger and Chilli
    1. Cook for few minutes untill soft
    1. Add chopped coriander leaves,let it cool down before stuffing

  2. Preheat the gas oven /tandoor,put the balls and let it bake in high flame,untill golden in colour
