- Prepare 200 ml Water
- Prepare 2 tbsp regular Butter

- Prepare 50 gram Dark chocolate
- Take 2 tbsp Milk

- In a pan add butter, water, sugar and let it boil.
- Once it comes to boil close the stove and add flour.
- Stirr it continuously and it will form in a dough.
- Mix powder sugar and cinnamon in a dish for coating churros.
- Heat oil in a wok. Put the dough in a piping bag. Pressure the dough and cut churros of required size in oil.
- Fry the churros on medium flame.
- In a double boiler add dark chocolate 1tbsp sugar 1tbsp flour 2tbsp milk. Heat it till sauce is ready. Add 1tsp butter for glaze.
- Roll churros in sugar cinnamon mix.
- Serve hot crunchy churros with chocolate sauce. Add chilli flakes to the sauce and it will bang the taste..
