- Soak dried green peas for 6 to 8 hours
- Chop the vegetables
- Grind the ingredients listed to make paste
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker add fennel seeds next add onion once it turns translucent in colour
- Add ginger-garlic paste into it and mix it well.Add the vegetables and mix it well for a minute.
- Add the coconut paste into it and mix it well
- Add required amount of water in it according to your consistency preference.here I added 1.5 cup water.
- Now pressure cook it for 3 whistles in high flame and switch off the stove and serve it hot with chapati, dosa or idli.
