  18. Prepare Inglehoffers Stone Ground Mustard [no substitutes - see photo]

  20. Get 5 LG Ears Corn On the Cob [de-husked]
  21. Take 1 Cup Whole Milk [to sweeten corn]
  22. Take as needed Water [enough to cover corn]
  23. Make ready 1/4 Cup Salted Butter
  24. Get 1 tbsp Sea Salt

Bratwürstl is Bavarian for the German word Bratwurst, which means fried sausage in English. Lightly coat brats in flour, shaking off excess. Fry brats over medium heat in butter until fully cooked. Cook the bacon until crispy, and chop it into small pieces.

  9. Pretzel buns required pictured. Slice 3/4 of the way open, coat with garlic butter and grill open faced until slightly charred.
