- Batter should be thin but not watery. Mix it well without any lumps.
- Heat tawa. Drizzle little oil on it. Slow the flame.
- Dip bread pcs in the suji batter and place on tawa.
- Cook both sides of the bread on medium high flame till it changes its color and gets properly cooked.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
