- Cool it and grind to a creamy soup.
- Boil together beet root, carrots and potatoes. Cook till done.
- Cool and mash together all the vegetables. Add crumbled paneer, poha, salt, ginger garlic paste and bind it together.
- Grease small cup cake moulds and fill it with beetroot root potatoes mixture.
- Bake them for 10 minutes in a microwave.
- Remove them in a serving plate. Top it with mayonnaise and beet root slices.
