  5. Now take a pressure cooker. Pour 2 glasses of water in it. Keep for boiling. When water boils keep a stand in it. Take a vessel in which you have to make dhokla. Grease it with oil properly. Take green batter and put 1/2 Tsp eno in it. Mix it and pour in dhokla vessel. Keep the vessel in pressure cooker for steaming. Cover the pressure cooker with lid but without whistle.
  6. Steam for 5 min. Now take white batter and put 1/2 Tsp eno. Mix it and pour on green dhokla. Steam it for 5 min. Take carrot batter put eno. Mix it. And pour on white batter. Steam for 10 min.
  7. Now take it out from pressure cooker and keep it for cooling. After 20 min when it cools down take it out. Your dhokla is ready.
  8. For tampering. Take a tadka bowl. Pout oil. Heat. Add rai, grren chillies, seasam seeds and curry pata. Pour this tadka on dhokla. Cut pieces of your desired shape.
