- In a pan, add oil and cook all the grated vegetable (onion,cabbage, carrot,and capcicum) add salt, red chilli powder,haldi and garam masala. Than take your papad and moist your papad with little water and fill the stuffing of vegetable and roll it.On a tawa add 1tsp oil and cook the papad on all side.
- Than in a pan take oil add some jeera, garlic paste, onion and tomato puree and cook for few minutes. Than add the cooked papad in the gravy with dry spices and cover for 5min and cook
- Open the lid and grate some Panner on top and few coriander leaves and serve
