- Prepare 1 chuck or rump roast
- Get 1 bunch Cilantro
- Prepare 1 large white onion

- Take 3 pinch cumin &coriander
- Take 1 flour or corn Tortillas

Steps to make Beef street Tacos:
- In a crock pot / half pan put the chopped red onion, celery,garlic,carrot, bell peppers, jalapeño then put roast on top seasoning on top of it. Pour about a 1/2 can of amber beer for juice.
- Set oven to 250-300 degrees / crock pot to med or high.
- For about 3-5 hours or till the meat flakes apart with a fork.
- While the beef is cooking slowly chop the white onion very fine add the cilantro chopped up very fine add lime juice and salt n pepper to taste. Chill till tacos are ready.
- When beef is done shred it apart with a fork layer onto your tortilla and top off with the onion cilantro salsa! Delicious
