- Put a kadai on gas stove, Take water 1/2cup,add Jaggery into it.
- When it boils, check if it mixed, Take 1/2spoon the melted Jaggery and put in a bowl of normal water if it take the shape tight, then add the rice flour in to it and mix it constantly to avoid lumps.
- Replace the dough in to a plate, put a tawa in stove and put some ghee.
- Take ghee on palm and make small ball rolling with til/sesame seeds
- Then fry on tawa, both side/you can dip fry it.
- When it cools completely then taste it.
