  8. To make curry mix besan, buttermilk. Heat the mixture in a pan, add chill - ginger paste, spinich paste, curry leaves, salt and sugar, cook it 15 to 20 min in low flame, stir continuously.
  9. Temper it with cumin seeds, asafoetida, bay leaf, clove and cinnamon stick.
  10. In a seving bowl put curry then put khandvi ravioli and garnish with coriander /grated coconut /cherry /grated paneer.
