- Now to make Ravioli, take a small portion of dough and flatten it with a rolling pin. Make it thin like a momo sheet. Make 2 sheets.
- Not on one sheet, add a spoonful of filling and place another sheet on top of it. Cut in a square and seal the sides with the help of fork. Make all Raviolis like this.
- Now heat the steamer for about 10 minutes, brush a steamer plate and keep the raviolis. Steam for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- To make sauce, heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
- Now add wheat flour and mix. Do not over cook the flour. Now add milk in parts and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add salt, pepper and seasoning and veggies and let it cook till it thickens.
- Now take out the steamed raviolis and pour the hot sauce over it.
- Garnish with some oregano and serve hot.
