- Once kale has darkened green in color (I even like to let cook until hocks start to tenderize )…It will be approximately atleast 2 hrs if cooked on a very low simmer … Once looks like this you are done!( They will resemble collards)
- Can be cooked and left for few hrs if put on lowest heat setting and covered or all day in crockpot
- Great as side or all by itself!!!!
