The ingredients needed to make Dhaaba Style Matar Paneer:
  1. Get 400 gm paneer
  2. Take 1 bowl frozen peas
  3. Get as needed Coriander leaves
  4. Get 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  5. Take 1 tbsp Dhaniya (Coriander)powder
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp garam masala
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp sabzi masala
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp meat masala
  9. Take 1 tbsp aamchur(dry mango) powder
  10. Get 1/2 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp kaali mirch(black pepper powder)
  12. Get 2 tomatoes
  13. Get 3 onions
  14. Prepare 2-3 black elaichi(cardamom)
  15. Get 2 green elaichi(cardamom)
  16. Make ready 5-6 Garlic cloves
  17. Take as needed Water
  18. Prepare as needed Oil
  19. Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Dhaaba Style Matar Paneer:
  1. Take a pan and pour half bowl oil in it. You can use any oil. I personally prefer mustard oil. Now add kaali elaichi and kaali mirch in it and fry.
  2. Next, add 5-6 Cloves, cumin seeds and green elaichi. Fry it again for 35-40 seconds.
  3. Next add chopped garlic cloves. Let it fry in it.
  4. Now remove black elaichi from it.
  5. Now, add Chopped onion in it and stir it well. As you can see onions have been cooked enough. So now let's just proceed further.
  6. Now it's time to add your spices. Firstly add 1 tbsp turmeric powder.
  7. Next add sabzi masala.
  8. Further add kashmiri laal mirch. I'm replacing basic laal mirch with kashmiri is because it gives a better texture and is more spicy.
  9. Now add dhaniya powder.
  10. Add aamchur powder.
  11. Add meat masala and stir it. Once stirred well add 200 ml water. and mix it.
  12. Let it cool for 5-6 minutes.
  13. Now add Chopped tomatoes and salt in it. And stir it equally.
  14. Let it cool for 5minutes more.
  15. Meanwhile, boil paneer and then chop it.
  16. Now take a pan and add butter in it. Now add peas and fry them.
  17. Next add salt and Mix it well.
  18. Now pour the gravy in pan of fried peas. And add some water.
  19. Take another pan, and add butter in it and fry paneer.
  20. Now put this Paneer in your gravy. Let it cool for sometime so that it gets thicker in consistency.
  21. So your dhaaba Style Matar paneer is Ready. Put some Chopped coriander on it.
  22. Serve it with crispy paratha to enjoy it's taste
