  1. Take 200 gm paneer
  2. Prepare 2 green capsicum
  3. Take 1 big onion
  4. Take 8 small potatoes
  5. Take 1 cup curd masko
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp kasturi methi
  7. Take 1 tbsp lemon juice
  8. Prepare 1 tsp black salt
  9. Get 1 tsp chat masala
  10. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder
  11. Take 1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri mirch
  12. Make ready 1 roasted Jeera (cumin)powder
  13. Make ready 1 tsp garam masala
  14. Get 1 tbsp chilli ginger pudina(mint) paste
Instructions to make Paneer Barbeque:
  1. Make square pieces of paneer, capsicum, onion
  2. Take the curd in a bowl and add black pepper, black salt, chat masala, jeera powder, mirch, chilli ginger pudina paste, lemon juice and kasuri methi
  3. Mix it well
  4. Boil the potatoes with adding salt in it (boil half)
  5. Add paneer, capsicum, onion and potato in the curd give it rest for 40 minutes in refrigerator
  6. Take it out after 40 minutes and fill it in the barbeque stick and bake it in OTG at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
  7. Or cook it in the non stick pan with butter with medium flame
