- First of all prepare all the ingredients needed to make kachariyu.
- Now grind sesame seeds in a mixer jar keeping It coarse. Now add dates and jaggery to it and grind it again. Now add all the remaining ingredients except for sesame oil and churn it for a few seconds. Keep the mixture coarse, do not grind it into a smooth powder.
- Now take the mixture out in a bowl and add sesame oil to it. Now with the help of your hand, mix everything very well. Divide the mixture into 24 balls. If you do not want to make balls, you can even just keep it the way it is.
- Store in an airtight container. It is best to have it in the mornings before breakfast.
